Overview of Procedure

To apply for a grant or sponsorship, applicants must first submit a Preliminary Application Letter. Subject to approval of the preliminary application a Detailed Proposal will have to be submitted. All Detailed Proposals will be assessed by the Grant Review Committee consisting of at least two Trustees of the Foundation.

Selection Criteria and Priorities

As funding for grants and sponsorships is limited in relation to the large number of worthwhile proposals received the Foundation gives priorities to projects that are coherent with the Foundation's stated objectives and the Donor's intent, and to those that are likely to have wide effects. In all cases, recipients are selected on the basis of merits of their proposals and their potential contribution to the advancement of the objectives of the Foundation. It is advisable that applicants should, if possible, do their best in providing strong and clear visual supporting materials with their Detailed Proposals.
