Art Beatus (Hong Kong) Participates in the 23rd Annual International Contemporary Art Fair

Art Beatus (Hong Kong) is pleased to announce its participation in ARCO 04, the 23rd annual contemporary art fair located in Madrid, Spain with 'Greece' being featured as the fair's special guest country.

The fair is open to the public from Thursday, February 12 to Monday, February 16, 2004 at the Parque Ferial Juan Carlos I. in halls 7 and 9.  Yang Yi, the Luo Brothers, Ji Dachun, Feng Zhengquan, Feng Xuemin, Frank Tam, Ren Rong, Qiu Shihua, Fang Lijun, Ma Tselin, Qin Chong, and Sara Tse are among some of Art Beatus' featured artists.  We would like to extend a warm welcome to those visting the art fair - Art Beatus can be located in Booth No. 9I 281.

For over seven years, Art Beatus (Vancouver) Gallery has striven to provide art lovers in the Greater Vancouver area a space showcasing contemporary works of art, especially those from artists of Chinese origin.  We are pleased with the acclaims that we have for the exhibitions in our gallery.

Due to the high running costs in keeping a fixed exhibition space with scheduled programmes, we have decided to eliminate the exhibition space as from November 2003 and relocate our operation to Unit 108 on the first floor of Nelson Square.

Through this change of operating format we hope to extend our service to a wider area by bringing our artists' works to international art fairs and organizing periodic external exhibitions in Vancouver.
