2006 FIFA World Cup Art Posters February 13 to May 26, 2006 Art Beatus (Vancouver) Consultancy Ltd. is
delighted to present the exhibition, 2006 FIFA World Cup Art Posters
starting February 13, 2006. The Luo Brothers, represented by Art
Beatus, are one of 14 international finalists who were selected to
create official posters for the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany. When
the Chinese national football team lost to Japan, China lost its chance
to play in the World Cup games. China’s name however, is back in
the 2006 FIFA World Cup arena with the success of the Luo Brothers
artwork design being selected for the World Cup.Other internationally renowned artists were selected from Germany, Great Britain, Japan, Ghana, Nigeria, Brazil, the United States and Australia. With their artwork, the
selected artists will be representing their home countries and
continents at the FIFA World Cup. Original works by the artists’
for the event will be on display in the German Parliament House in
Bundestag, Berlin during the opening of the football games.Originally exhibited in Art Beatus’ Hong Kong location, the official art posters have made their way to British Columbia for Vancouver audiences. All fourteen designs will be on display with a limited number of posters available for sale in Vancouver. The 2006 FIFA World Cup kicks off with its opening match on June 9, 2006 at the Allianz Arena in Munchen, Germany. *Please click the image on the right to view all Art Posters.
